REFUND POLICY

Your refund claim is within 1 day of your order date.

You have not used more than 10MB of Bandwidth i.e. Data Transfer (both Upload and Download activity using BeesafeVPN) or you have not exceeded 10 Sessions i.e. the number of times you connected to BeesafeVPN services. Whichever comes first.

We cannot guarantee that all Unlimited VPN package IP-s are working with all Services (like there can be an issue with TV streaming or a website could be blocking one of our IP-s for no reason).

If our technical Support Team fails to provide you an adequate solution to a technical problem you are also entitled to a refund.

Only if you are in compliance with the above-mentioned criteria can we refund your order!
